The company «paperpack TSOYKARIDIS i. SA», under the provisions of paragraph 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that :

a) The date of suspension of the "Annual Financial Report" for the fiscal year 2011 with the Data and Information for the period from 1 January 2011 until 31 December 2011 Company and Group ,on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.ase.gr) and the company (www.paperpack.gr) , will be March 29 2012, Thursday (After the end of the meeting of the Athens Exchange).

b) Data and Information for the period from 1 January 2011 until 31 December 2011 Company and Group, will be published in the daily financial and political press , «ΚΕΡΔΟΣ» and «ΑΔΕΣΜΕΥΤΟΣ ΤΥΠΟΣ (Dimitris Rizos)» , Friday, March 30 2012.

c) The annual general meeting of shareholders of the company will be held on Tuesday 19 June 2012.

D) The Administration's proposal to the Annual General Meeting will not pay a dividend.
