Peter Sakkas, Chairman & CEO - Executive Member.
He holds a degree in BBA and an MBA with a Major in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, the City University of New York. For over five years he has been in charge of the Financial Planning and Analysis at HealthFirst, the largest HMO in the United States and has been the Chief Financial Officer, CEO and management consultant of various companies in Greece and abroad. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions including a successful IPO on the NASDAQ stock exchange. He is Country Manager, Greece at CEE Equity Partners and President and CEO at Bernard’s consulting firm.
Brian Bode, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors - Non-Executive Member
Brian has broad experience in working as a financial executive for companies in different sectors, such as: FON (car axle manufacturing), Wprost (Weekly news magazine and internet sites), Chesapeake Packaging (light manufacturing), Pilicka Telefonia (local telecommunications operator), HBO (cable television channel), AIG (insurance), Follett bookstores (university bookstore chain), and Hines Lumber (wholesale building supplier). Brian has also served as a member of various Management Boards and currently is a member of the Board of Directors for the Fulbright Commission in Poland. Brian’s background provides him with a unique perspective, which allows him to assist companies in addressing their challenges and improving their profitability and transparency. Brian studied at Northwestern University in Evanston where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and at Cass Business in London where he received a Master’s degree in Finance.
Dimitrios Tsiftsis, Deputy CEO - General Manager - Executive Member
He is a graduate of the American College of Greece with a Bachelor in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Finance from French University Escem France. In the past he has worked for Hiosbank and for Vardinogiannis Group, as a Business Development Manager. He joined Paperpack in 2003 ,having served since then as Plant Manager, Planning Manager and Sales Manager. Since 2016 he is the General Manager of the company and since 2023 an executive member of the Board.
Nikolaos Zetos, Chief Financial Officer
He is a graduate of the University of Piraeus. Long experience, having served as a Management executive,in a Group of companies.He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and has a professional license of Tax Technician, 1st Class. As of May 1997 until December 2010 he held the position of the Group’s Accounting Manager
Spyros Anyfantis, Sales & Marketing Director
Spyros is an action-oriented leader with strong Sales & Marketing expertise in developing & implementing commercial B2B & B2C strategies. He has a track record of over 22 years at top executive positions in Sarantis, both at local & group level, building brands & organisation's capacity. Spyros' contribution to the success of the Group was significant, always demonstrating initiative drive, practical mentality, creativity & integrity. Since January 2023, Spyros has been leading the Sales & Customer Service functions at Paperpack. Consolidation of leadership position in Greece, development of an efficient B2B marketing strategy & overseas expansion are his priorities. Spyros holds an MBA in International Marketing from University of Sunderland and a Bachelor degree from Panteion University.
