Announcement of the Financial Calendar 2021
The company "PAPERPACK SA", based on the provisions of paragraph 4.1.4.3.1 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investing public that:
a) The date of announcement and posting of the "Annual Financial Report" for the year 2020 together with the Data and Information of the year from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 of the company and the Group, the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) and the company (www.paperpack.gr), will be the 28th of April 2021, Wednesday (after the end of the Athens Stock Exchange meeting).
b) The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021.
c) The Management Proposal to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting will be to distribute a dividend.
d) The Dividend Cut-off Date will be Tuesday 03/08/2021.
e) Beneficiaries will be the shareholders of Wednesday 04/08/2021 (record date).
f) The Dividend Payment Date will be Monday 09/08/2021.
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after timely informing the investing public by amending this.
