ANNOUNCEMENT OF NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF PERCENTAGES AT THE LEVEL OF VOTING RIGHTS

The company "PAPERPACK SOCIETE ANONYME INDUSTRIAL PRINTING, BUILDING AND PAPER PACKAGING SUPPLIES" ("the Company"), announces the following, according to Law no. and by CHINA - CEE MANAGEMENT SARL, investment fund manager CHINA CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE INVESTMENT CO-OPERATION FUND II SCS SICAV-SIF which controls the Cypriot company "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited:

As a result of the signing of the share purchase agreement from 22.12.2020 between Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis as seller and the Cypriot company "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited" as buyer, which was announced on 23.12.2020, the following transactions and the following changes took place percentages of voting rights in the Company:

(A) On 30.12.2020 Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis sold 2,170,508 common, registered shares in "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited" with the result that after the above transfer, Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis directly owns 709,253 in the Company shares, which correspond to 17.94% of the total shares and voting rights of the Company.

According to the latest announcement, Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis directly and indirectly owned 2,806,785 shares, which corresponded to 71,002% of the total shares and voting rights of the Company.

(B) On 31.12.2020 Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis further proceeded to the over-the-counter sale of 709,253 common, registered shares in "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited" with the result that following the above transfer, Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis no longer holds shares and voting rights in the Company.

According to the previous notification, Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis directly owned 709,253 shares, which corresponded to 17.94% of the total shares and voting rights of the Company.

(C) On 30.12.2020 the Cypriot company under the name "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited" acquired 2,849,549 common, registered shares of the Company with the result that after the above transfers the company "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited" directly holds in Company 2,849,549 shares, which correspond to a percentage of 72.08% of the total shares and voting rights of the Company.

(D) On 31.12.2020 the Cypriot company under the name "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited" acquired 709,253 common, registered shares of the Company with the result that after the above transfer the company "Orlando-Equity Holding Limited" directly holds in the Company 3,558 .802 shares, which correspond to 90.02% of the total shares and voting rights of the Company.

Orlando-Equity Holding Limited is controlled in accordance with Law 3556/2007 by the Luxembourg-based investment fund CHINA CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE INVESTMENT CO-OPERATION FUND II SCS SICAV-SIF (the "Private Investment Fund"). The Private Investment Fund is controlled, according to Law 3556/2007, by the company based in Luxembourg CHINA - CEE MANAGEMENT S.A.R.L, which as its manager (General Partner) has the exclusive responsibility of managing the operation of the Private Investment Fund.
