ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION Law 3556/2007
It is notified, in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation 596/2014, that the following liable persons made on 30.12.2020 the following transfers of common, registered, shares issued by the company "PAPERPACK SOCIETE ANONYME PAPER PACKAGING" ("the Company "). Particularly:
- Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis, Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 2,170,508 shares issued by the Company, with a total value of 14,455,583.28 euros or a value of 6.66 euros per share.
- Ms. Juliana Tsoukaridis, Deputy Managing Director of the Company, transferred 118,917 shares issued by the Company, with a total value of 791,987.22 euros or a value of 6.66 euros per share.
- Mr. Nikolaos Zetos, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company, made an over-the-counter transfer of 500 shares issued by the Company, with a total value of 3,330 euros or a value of 6.66 euros per share.
- Ms. Beatriki Tsoukaridis, a person who has a close relationship with Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis, transferred 71,420 shares issued by the Company, with a total value of 475,657.20 euros or a value of 6.66 euros per share.
