TOPIC: Announcement of Financial Calendar 2020

PAPERPACK SA, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investing public that:

a) The date of announcement and posting of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2019 together with the Data and Information for the fiscal year from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.helex.gr) and the company (www.paperpack.gr) will be on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 (after the end of the Athens Stock Exchange meeting).

b) The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will be held on Monday, March 23, 2020.

c) Management's proposal to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting will be to distribute a dividend.

d) The dividend cut-off date will be Thursday 02/04/2020.

(e) The beneficiaries will be the shareholders of Friday 03/04/2020 (record date).

f) The Dividend Payment Date will be Wednesday 08/04/2020.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates after notifying the investing public in a timely manner by amending this Agreement
