TOPIC : EXP PROGRAM PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

paperpack company SA, informs the investing public the termination of share buyback program, το οποίο (program) adopted in accordance with the provisions of article 16 Mr n. 2190/1920, as is the case, from the Extraordinary General meeting of 25^th October 2016, during which it was decided, inter alia, the acquisition of the Company by means of the Athens Stock Exchange within a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of receipt of that decision, common shares of the company up to 10% each paid-up share capital (i.e. until 395.039 shares in Supreme), with bottom purchase price 0,30 Euros per share and maximum purchase price 4,00 Euro per share. During the above program (26/10/2016-25/10/2018), the company did not carry out any buyback and not hold Treasury shares. Download here the pdf
