 Due To Additional Dividend Distribution

  The company «paperpack SA», under the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that due to additional distribution of dividends from the profits of previous years, decided upon by the Extraordinary Shareholders ' meeting of ΄Geniki 10^th July 2018, amended financial calendar announced by the company on 19^The March 2018 as follows: a) The announcement date and the suspension of the "annual financial report" for the use of the year 2017 with the data and information for the use of 1 January 2017 until 31 December 2017 of the company and the Group, on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr) and the company (www.paperpack.gr) , It was the 20^The  March 2018, day three (After the end of the meeting of the Athens Exchange).   b) The annual ordinary general meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday 24 April 2018, and among other things decided as follows:

• Approved the proposal of the Administration and decided the dividend distribution 0,16 euro per share.
• The cutoff date of the dividend was the Wednesday 06/06/2018.
• Beneficiaries were shareholders of the fifth 07/06/2018 (record date).
• The payment date of the dividend was the third 12/06/2018.

  c) The Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of 10^th July 2018, decided, among others, the distribution to the shareholders of the company, Additional Dividend from the profits of previous years, amount 0,20 euro per share, as follows:

• The Cutoff date the additional dividend will be Thursday 30/08/2018.
• Beneficiaries the additional dividend will be shareholders of Manufacture 31/08/2018 (record date).
•  The date Of Payment the additional dividend will be Wednesday 05/09/2018.
