Complete Signing Contract Issue Common Bond Loan
The company paperpack SA,informs the investing public that, completed the signing of the Extradition Convention common bonded loan 3.500.000 euro, the five-year duration, with creditor banks ALPHA BANK s.a.. and ALPHA BANK LONDON LTD. The Bond Issuance Contract, signed in accordance with the 21/12/2016 approving decisions of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
